Our community access programs and therapy interventions can include goal based activities such as catching buses, trains, accessing local shops, attending medical appointments, navigating to a relative or friends. We can assist you with: -Participating in home based or virtual activities -Assisting with school classes in a virtual environment -Managing social networks and connections (with family and friends). -Going shopping -Attending appointments -Other meetings depending on your choice and support needs -Finances like paying bills, banking, managing subscriptions -Exercise -Feeding and caring for pets
