SCC provides Support Coordination to help you navigate your NDIS plan and support providers.

Support Coordination will support you to understand and implement your NDIS plan. We will help you in identifying and contacting the right service providers for your needs, and coordinate all of your supports, including mainstream, informal, community and funded supports.
